1. What method of shipping does your company use?
   Frugal Nut & Candy Co. uses UPS three day ground for most of its' shipping needs. Ask yourself "what can brown do for you?" UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. How much does shipping cost?
   Shipping rates are calculated on a UPS zone to weight basis. Frugal Nut & Candy Co. does not look to make any profit on shipping. Therefore, you the customer, will be billed exactly what UPS charges for its service.

3. Does Frugal Nut & Candy Co. sell products at wholesale prices?
   Yes! Wholesale prices are available to vendors who have business licenses and/or resale licenses. Visit our Contact Us page and e-mail us for further assistance. Need a catalog? Contact Us.

4. How will my wholesale order be shipped?
   Wholesale orders will ship via common carrier; F.O.B. Frugal Nut & Candy Co. does use many freight companies and will find the cheapest rate for your area.

5. Do you deliver in the Chicagoland area for free?
   Since Frugal Nut & Candy Co. is a Chicago based company we will deliver your order free. A $200.00 minimum is required. Contact Us to see if you are in our Chicagoland free delivery area.

6. When will my online order be shipped?
   Pending payment processes, Frugal Nut & Candy Co. will ship your order out on the same day it was placed, excluding weekends.

7. What about sales tax?
   A 2% sales tax will be added to all retail orders purchased in Illinois. However you may purchase outside of Illinois and ship to Illinois tax exempt.

8. What kind of oil do you use to roast nuts in?
   Frugal Nut & Candy Co. uses cholesterol-free cottonseed oil. Many companies use peanut oil, which cost them less and often changes the flavor of nuts.

9. How many cups to a pound?
   Most products especially nuts contain two cups volume-wise to a pound.

10. Can you package product under a private label?
    Frugal Nut & Candy Co. is a "brick and mortar" company and has the capabilities to package product in a variety of bags, tins, or acetates. Contact Us for assistance and pricing.

11. Return Policy
    Considering the perishable nature, our items are not refundable. However, Frugal Nut & Candy Co. will gladly replace any product if the customer is not completely satisfied. Simply return your product within 5 days of receipt, and at no additional cost, we will ship you, the customer a replacement item.
